The community of communes of the Pays d’Olmes supports projects on its territory. Thus, aid for tourism business real estate was awarded to five project leaders as part of a shared examination of the file with the services of the Ariège department.

François Gaudart de Soulages, owner of a house in Bélesta, plans to carry out work to create a furnished tourist accommodation with a capacity of 4 people. The total cost of the work amounts to 22,841 euros excluding tax. From an eligible base of 22,841 euros, the council grants aid in the amount of 6,852 euros. Patrick Suilhard, owner of a building in Carla-de-Roquefort, plans to carry out work to create a furnished tourist accommodation with a capacity of 4 people, and an above-ground swimming pool. The total cost of the work amounts to 31,047 euros excluding tax. From an eligible base of 31,047 euros, the council grants aid in the amount of 6,209 euros.

Marie-Cécile Bertrand-Puertas, owner of an old building in Montferrier, plans to carry out work to create a furnished tourist accommodation with a capacity of 7 people, with a spa-jacuzzi. The total cost of the work amounts to 98,158 euros excluding tax. From an eligible base of 98,159 euros, the council decided to grant aid in the amount of 19,631 euros. Anne Vinet, owner of a gîte which accommodates 15 people, is planning renovation work for an amount amounting to 32,272 euros. From an eligible base of 32,272 euros, the council grants aid in the amount of 6,454 euros.

Finally, Mrs and Mr Augusto, owners of the former restaurant Le voyage Culinaire, plan to carry out work to create a furnished tourist accommodation with a capacity of 12 people, i.e. 3 bedrooms, a games room, a relaxation area with spa, a reception room. The total cost of the work amounts to 86,625 euros excluding tax. From an eligible base of 86,625 euros, the council decided to grant aid in the amount of 23,357 euros.
