Toulouse Anne Fraisse is gaining ground in the Icade group

Anne FraisseFrom Toulouse and former development director of Europolia, the development company which piloted the construction of MEETT, joined Icade Promotion (Caisse des Dépôts) in 2021. She then took over the management of Urbain des bois, a subsidiary of Icade dedicated exclusively to real estate development and “low carbon” development.

Since 1^East June, Anne Fraisse was appointed deputy general director of Icade Promotion in charge of the development division, with a specific mission on the development of low-carbon cities. Member of the Icade coordination committee, she will report directly to Charles-Emmanuel Kühne, the general director of Icade Promotion. Anne Fraisse also retains management of Urbain des Bois.

In April 2022, she is appointed by the Minister of Ecological Transition and the Minister of Housing to pilot the national roadmap on the decarbonization of the development and city sectors, the aim of which is to align France with the European trajectory of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
