Flourens. Catchment area soon to be operational

Grégory Cognard, who is supervising the operation of the commercial zone, announced: “It is a construction site of more than 1.5 ha on a set of shops with 3,865 m² of floor space, 163 parking spaces and 20 spaces equipped with electric charging stations. The shells which will receive the signs will be delivered in September for operation at the beginning of November.”

Numerous green spaces will mark the site, shaded pedestrian walkways, photovoltaic panels on the roof, photovoltaic street lamps and the planting of 56 trees is planned.

The first brands expected will be: Marie Blachère, Mangeons frais, Picard, Basic Fit, Afflelou, Zoomalia and Menuiseries Briol.

Other brands will follow, and it is expected that nearly 100 jobs will be created.

This group aims to participate in the dynamics of proximity of the offer of shops and services for the Flourensois and the inhabitants of neighboring municipalities.
