Concretely, 12 contacts were established, between March 11 and 19, with journalists, travel writers and selected influencers from Great Britain, the United States of America, Germany, Italy, -Bas and Bulgaria.
The organization, supervision and technical support were provided by MTC GROUP, the municipality’s consulting company.
The relevant initiative of the Municipality of Paros is part of a general framework of actions that have been organized recently with the aim, through familiarization trips and other promotional opportunities, such as the transfer of the Olympic flame and the filming of television series, to ensure, as Mr. Bizas declared, “the most effective presentation of the island on international markets”.
“Soon” – added the Deputy Mayor of Tourism – “we will have the opportunity to announce the next actions to promote Paros, within the framework of the strategy based on sustainability which is underway”.
