Flight carrying mortal remains of Bhushan Kumar’s cousin Tishaa diverted to Ahmedabad, funeral postponed – Exclusive
T-Series Leader Bhushan KumarThe cousin of Tichaa Kumar, the daughter of Krishan Kumar, died of cancer in Germany on July 18. She was just 20 years old. Her parents, Krishan Kumar and Tanya Singh, were staying with her in Germany, where she was undergoing treatment.
Tishaa’s last rites will however NOT be performed today at the Vile Parle crematorium at 5 pm as the plane carrying her mortal remains from Germany could not land in Mumbai due to heavy rains that have been lashing the city since morning. We had earlier informed you that the plane had reached Delhi. It has now been diverted to Ahmedabad. It will land in Mumbai later today, subject to ATC clearance. Many people had already started leaving their homes for the funeral and have now returned in droves.
We have learned that Tishaa’s parents have decided that the last rites will take place tomorrow at 10 a.m. The location remains unchanged.
Meanwhile, the prayer meeting that was organized for tomorrow at Sahara Star Hotel (Andheri East) from 4 pm to 5 pm is going on as scheduled. Many people from Bollywood are expected to attend.
Tishaa was born on 6 September 2003 to Krishan Kumar and Tanya Singh, daughter of composer Ajit Singh and sister of actress Nattasha Singh.
